Retention Timeline: This data is retained for as long as your Udgir KalyanPay account remains active. After your account is closed, this information will be kept for five (5) years to comply with Indian legal and regulatory requirements.
2.2 Credit Card and Transaction History:
Purpose: To provide you with a comprehensive history of your spending for personal analysis and to comply with Indian financial data regulations.
Data Involved: This covers all manually entered credit card information, transaction details, and any attached receipt images.
Retention Timeline: We retain this financial data for five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by local laws.
2.3 Diagnostic and Technical Data:
Purpose: To help us improve the app's performance, resolve technical issues, and enhance the user experience.
Data Involved: This includes anonymous crash logs and aggregated usage data.
Retention Timeline: This technical data is stored for a maximum of two (2) years from its collection date.
2.4 Security of Retained Data:

To ensure responsible data management, any Udgir KalyanPay account that remains inactive (i.e., no logins) for a continuous period of eighteen (18) months will be scheduled for deletion. We will send a notification to your registered email address 30 days before the deletion date. If no activity occurs during this notice period, your data will be automatically deleted or anonymized, subject to our legal retention duties.
3.3 Deletion by Our Service Partners:
We ensure through our agreements that any third-party services that process your data will also delete your information in line with your requests or when it is no longer needed.
